1. Call our toll free number or submit the Enquiry Form.

2. Our Customer Service Agents will begin to work with you to answer all your questions and make necessary recommendations.

3. Once you decide to move forward, you will be provided with a LoginID to upload your medical record documents to our Electronic Medical Record Patient Portal on our website. If you cannot access our website, you may send us your medical records via mail.

4. We would require proper authorization forms signed by you to discuss your medical history with Doctors of overseas hospitals.

5. Consultation with the Doctors will be done via our EMR Portal where you can view the recommendations received from them.

6. You will be provided a Cost Estimate based on the surgery / treatment recommended. The Estimate will include all travel, lodging and treatment charges.

7. If you decide to move forward with the Treatment package, a 10% Deposit will be requested at that time.

8. If you need financial assistance, we can assist you in getting a Medical Loan through one of our partner financial institutions.
